Tufts Health Plan:

Employees and their qualified dependents become eligible for health coverage upon their first full day of employment.  Employees contribute pre-tax dollars to insurance costs.

Delta Dental:

Delta Dental Premier provides comprehensive dental benefits starting on date of hire.
Employees and  their qualified dependents are eligible for coverage under both the medical and dental insurance plans.
 

Financial:

PharmaVigilant offers both a 401(k) and Roth 401(k) plan with a 3% company match.  Employees are eligible to contribute after their first full year of employment.

Vacation & Holidays:

Vacation time is accrued at a rate of 1.25 days per month during an employees' first year of employment.  PharmaVigilant also offers 10 paid holidays each year consisting of a combination of fixed and floating holidays.

Candidate Referral Program:

Employees are eligible for a $2,000 bonus if a referred candidate is transitioned into a full-time successful hire of 6 months.
